THE REV'D ERNEST (SKIP) BURZUMATO has been in full-time ministry since 1990, serving in the inner-city of Memphis, Tennessee, as well as a youth, college, and singles pastor in churches in Memphis and Jackson, Mississippi.  Before entering the ministry, Fr. Skip served in the U.S. Navy (1984-88).  He is also a trained musician and worked as a recording engineer in Memphis, TN.  Most recently, from 1998 until 2005, he served at the Center for Christian Study in Charlottesville, Virginia, ministering to students and faculty at the University of Virginia.  During his years in Charlottesville, he also served as a curate at All Saints Anglican Church (APA). He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in Sociology from the University of Memphis and a master's degree in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi. He was ordained a deacon in the Reformed Episcopal Church in 1998 and a priest in 2000. Fr. Skip has been married to his wife Stacey since 1986.  Fr. Skip was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.  Stacey was born in Flint, Michigan and grew up in Miami, Florida.  They have four children: Bradley, Gracie, Nicholas, and Elizabeth.
